Each night, a leading Australian chef joins forces with the Refettorio team to create a unique four-course menu—two dishes by the guest chef, two by OzHarvest chefs—crafted entirely from rescued NSW produce.
Returning to Vivid Sydney by popular demand, this series of seven one-off dinners nourishes beyond the four courses served—for every ticket sold, a three-course meal is provided to someone in need.
