Janez Grošelj

Slovenian lighting designer and co-curator of the Lighting Guerrilla Festival (Ljubljana, Slovenia) Janez Grošelj holds a Masters in Architecture. He creates light art that explores the relationship between nature, science, and artistic expression. His works evoke profound emotional responses and emphasise environmental awareness. This is his Vivid Sydney debut.

This visionary piece explores the connection between Venus and Earth, reminding us that Venus’ atmosphere was once like our own. Now hostile and volatile, it serves as a cautionary tale about the fragility of our planet.

Alchemy of Atmosphere is an invitation to marvel at the wild, wondrous depths of the universe and our place within it.
