The City of Sydney works closely with Destination NSW to maximise the benefits of Vivid Sydney for local venues and event producers. The City of Sydney is supporting a rich and diverse curatorial vision for the Vivid Music program by investing in events at smaller neighbourhood performance venues and funding our local producers and promoters to create something extra special for the Vivid Sydney season.
The City of Sydney's partnership with Vivid Music helps spotlight the bars and creative spaces that keep Sydney's music scene unique, eclectic and thriving all year round, and invites visitors and local audiences to celebrate and enjoy all that we love about Sydney’s nightlife.
In addition, the City of Sydney provides services and support to help make Vivid Sydney a spectacular success. This includes extending the hours of visitor information kiosks, providing iconic venues and landmark spaces for event activation, and ensuring an extensive cleaning and waste management program keeps the streets at their sparkling best.
