Harbour City Ferries is a Transdev Australisia company and operates Sydney’s iconic ferries on behalf of the NSW Government (Transport for NSW and the NSW Minister for Transport). Transdev Australia operates 19 modes of transport across Australia and New Zealand which include buses and light rail in Sydney.
Harbour City Ferries (HCF) employs around 650 team members. HCF operates 170,000 services per year and ferries 15 million customers per year throughout Sydney Harbour and its related waterways.

There are 32 vessels in the fleet including: the four Freshwater Class vessels that service the Manly route; the nine First Fleet vessels; the newly launched 6 Emerald Class vessels and; seven RiverCats, two HarbourCats and four SuperCats.
