Event Details

As part of Vivid Music 2018, Sydney events producers Yeah Nah Yeah and Melbourne arts collective Stargazed have teamed up to bring you 'Underwater Galaxies' — a showcase of live music and projection art.

Stargazed is a not-for-profit artist run initiative comprised of practising visual artists, musicians, educators, and community developers. Stargazed is responsible for organising showcase nights and presents audio-visual collaborations and projection installations. They aim to provide a platform to emerging artists to enhance the recognition and promotion of original Australian work.

With events that differ from a gallery viewing of art and likewise from a concert attendance in that the event space is transformed entirely into an art installation in which musicians and live video artists perform and present their work.

YEAH NAH YEAH is made up of five Sydney mates who love to jam, write music and throw parties. They're a label, showcasing various psych, garage and hip hop projects.
