Two of Australia most prolific restaurateurs once again join forces to celebrate all things Italo this June long weekend, presenting a drink, dine and disco party featuring one of NYC’s best, Mike Simonetti.

Maurice Terzini (Icebergs Dining Room and Bar, The Dolphin Hotel, Da Orazio Pizza + Porchetta) and Giovanni Paradiso (Fratelli Paradiso, 10 William Street) share a belief that the line between restaurant, clubs, bars is becoming increasingly blurred, Giovanni Paradiso explains their vision is to create a new style of Italian dining and believed that the way people approach a night out is changing. We want a place where everyone can come and enjoy it in their own way, whether it’s an aperitif or a big night out, there’s something for everyone.

Following a successful series of events including pre and post show parties for Grace Jones at Vivid Sydney Festival, Warner Music ARIA Awards After Party, Good Food Month at the Icebergs Dining Room and Bar and the Rootstock Wine Festival closing party, the boys are back and this time in Surry Hills and with a music legend in toe.
