Event Details

The world is noisy. Distractions demand our attention. Focus seems harder than ever. Our minds are often scattered.

It’s time to reclaim the skill of deep, attentive listening and re-connect to nature with this 2-hour workshop in Sydney’s Royal Botanic Garden.

Led by meditation facilitator and creative consultant Steve Pozel and Timothea Goddard, one of Australia's most highly regarded mindfulness teachers, this session will guide you through key insights, tools and frameworks to improve your ability to listen deeply and compassionately.

Through reflection, guidance and practice you will learn to listen with less judgment, with greater empathy and with more directed and sustained attention.

Surrounded by the serenity of nature, this is an invitation to quiet your mind, reflect and amplify this essential life skill. All in the name of connecting more fully with yourself, the people in your life and the world around you.

Sessions available on Sunday 26 May and Saturday 1 June.
