Jeremy Fox of Birdie G's and Rustic Canyon in LA will be teaming up with Mitch Orr of award-winning Sydney restaurant Kiln at Ace Hotel Sydney for a series of dinners. The dinners will showcase the two chefs' commitment to hyper-seasonality, working with small, local producers and Kiln's signature grill across the menu.
With inspiration spanning Jeremy's roots in eastern Europe and Mitch's genre-defying south east Asian, 'Italian-ish' cookery, the menu will utilise the best in seasonal produce, infused with fire and flavour, celebrating the chefs' shared ethos of great food, great people, and a great time.
