Does the idea of living to one hundred excite you or fill you with dread? How will our potentially elongated lifespans redefine how we live and work?

For many years, the focus has been on creating buildings and workplaces that are efficient, cost-effective and environmentally responsive. Recently, the focus is shifting to human capital and increasing employee engagement. Given we spend a third of our lives at work, what we do at work matters. When we support people to do their best work, they do more than turn up, they thrive at work. In a virtuous circle, this benefits business as well.

Hosted at Lendlease’s award-winning global headquarters at Barangaroo, you’ll hear from industry experts on what it will take for organisations and humans to succeed in the future.

Join the discussion as we explore four big questions:

·       what impact will emerging lifestyle trends have on individual health?

·       how will family and work teams evolve over time?

·       what will organisations do to stay successful?

·       and finally, what does this mean for city creation?
