In a Vivid first, the Oceania’s best female gamers will converge on Chatswood to compete in the GIRLGAMER Sydney Festival. A live two day event with teams fighting for a place in the GIRLGAMER World Championships. 

In a truly international and inclusive opportunity, players will battle it out online in preliminary heats leading up to the live event at The Concourse in Chatswood. 

New heroes will be made as you experience the thrill of watching the best female Australian players play favourites including Overwatch, Counter- Strike: Global Offensive and other popular titles.

Learn about opportunities for young women in esports and STEAM as you hear keynote speeches from leading women in the industry, watch panel discussions and take part in discussions lifting the lid on education and career pathways in gaming.
