Paul Chivers is the Founding Director of Riskfacilitator and has over 22 years’ experience in developing, implementing and introducing risk management frameworks, programs and systems worldwide.

Paul’s heuristic approach is focused on risk intent, process and practice. His simple but effective techniques focus around the concept that people change because they are shown a truth that influences their feelings, not because they were given endless amounts of logical data.

He has worked in a range of industries internationally, which include project and event management, TV and film, Inquests, aviation, education, sport & recreation, healthcare and defence.

Sam has a career spanning over 20 years in events, marketing, media & project management, including National Marketing Manager Triple J Radio, Director Jam Recordings (Good Vibrations Festival), Sales & Promotions Manager Universal Music along with production & programming roles for the Falls Music & Arts Festival and activation programming for Splendour in The Grass.

The Event Summit is a unique one-day conference for the event and experience industry. Featuring international guest speakers Elise Doganieri (creator multi Emmy Award winning series, The Amazing Race) and Tim Roberts (Safety, Security and Operations Manager for large scale events including Glastonbury, SXSW, The Beijing Olympics and Red Bull UK).
