Ainsley Hutchence

Ainsley Hutchence

Founder Sticks and Stones Agency

Ainsley Hutchence is one half of the dynamic duo that is Sticks and Stones Agency.

Sticks and Stones are content creators and creative curators. In seven short years, Ainsley Hutchence and Sebastien Fougere have evolved from independent fashion designers and sales agents to creative directors and gunshot wedding superstars of the Internet.

Recognised for their distinct aesthetic, their website Sticks and Stones Mothership is widely acknowledged by the fashion industry as the go-to directory to search and scout photographers and models from around the World. Starting her professional career working for her father as a software trainer and freelance kitchen designer, Ainsley tragically lost her Dad to cancer in 2008 which spurred her to reassess her career.

A few months later a chance meeting with Sebastien turned into a whirlwind romance and formidable creative partnership. Joining forces creatively to start clothing like ‘Til Death Do Us Part’, Ainsley and Sebastien also created a magical new family unit with their kids Ula, Izzy and Max.

Just one year after meeting, Ainsley and Sebastien’s fashion label evolved into Sticks & Stones Agency, a fashion sales agency representing 12 fashion brands in Queensland (Ksubi, Insight, One Teaspoon, Unif, among others). Documenting their adventures on the road and sharing curated imagery saw the Sticks & Stones Instagram page gain traction.

Ainsley and Sebastien started creating and sharing their original content, collaborating with friends and assembling local creative teams to make images that cut through homogeny. Eventually, brands and businesses began engaging the pair and Sticks & Stones fashion agency evolved into a creative one.

In July 2014, the new website, Sticks & Stones Mothership was born and within a month, Ainsley was receiving exclusive photography submissions from all over the World. Soon after, Ainsley decided to retire the sales aspect of the agency to focus full time on the evolution of Sticks & Stones Mothership.

Fast forward to 2016 and Ainsley and Sebastien have found themselves in New York as ambassadors for fashion trade shows, invited for trips to Los Angeles and Nevada and producing fashion editorials for Australian and International brands.

Lenita Vangellis

Lenita Vangellis

Awareness and Empowerment Practitioner

Lenita Vangellis is a writer for many, an energetic practitioner for some, but for most, Lenita is a poignant voice for truth and love leading many towards awareness and empowerment. Born into a traditional Greek Orthodox family in Sydney, Australia, Lenita broke all the rules on her courageous, multidimensional journey for truth.

Lenita has worn many skins. After a successful career in modelling and acting, Lenita was forced to deepen her search for truth and her understanding of consciousness after a spontaneous, full-blown, psychic awakening. Since consolidating her accumulated wealth of knowledge, research and experience, coupled with sincere meditation and awareness practice, Lenita has been dedicated in empowering others as an energetic practitioner and consciousness guide through private sessions and group workshops. Lenita is also the author of the hyper-dimensional novel Ashanti's Symphony, which fearlessly blurs the lines between fiction and non-fiction.

As all truths should be, Lenita's is simple in its profundity, but most importantly, it is practical. Demystifying many ancient esoteric teachings dear to her, Lenita's heart based consciousness reflections ascend to the Spiritual Sky of surrender and yet are grounded in the earthly challenges and complexities of the human experience.

Nanami Cowdroy

Nanami Cowdroy

Artist, Entrepreneur

Born in Sydney Australia, Nanami Cowdroy has close bonds to her mixed Japanese-European heritage. Growing up with such contrasting cultures and surroundings has greatly influenced her style of art and the way she expresses her creativity.

By intertwining complex characters and highly detailed objects, her pieces reflect a juxtaposition between foreign and familiar entities and environments. Her imagination is illustrated through works which are both elaborate and exotic. She is drawn to subjects, which may on the surface seem delicate or fragile, but are given strength and depth through her pen and ink techniques, intricate hand illustrative style and mixed media compositions.

Her signature detailed style reflects a refined monochrome palette with her name ‘Nanami’ (meaning ‘Seven Seas’ in Japanese) stamped in red. Fluid line-work and watery creatures are some of her favourite subjects and distinctive forms which feature in her artworks.

Danielle Allen

Danielle Allen

Co Owner/Founder Two Birds Brewing

Danielle always knew that she would one day follow in her Dad's footsteps and was waiting for the light bulb moment. After a trip to the US in 2010, Danielle and her long time friend launched Two Birds Brewing in 2011 and are Australia’s first female owned brewery. Jayne and Danielle take pride in nurturing balanced, flavoursome and approachable brews. Two Birds make the kind of beers that they enjoy drinking, so they make beers that have flavour and interest, while being clean, sessionable and approachable. Their beers are now nationally available and they employ a team of 20 team members, who all work as passionately as they do. Prior to Two Birds, Danielle completed a commerce degree, majoring in marketing and public relations at Curtin University of Technology. Upon completion in 2000, Danielle worked in marketing roles for global kitchenware brands such as Pyrex and Le Crueset, before relocating to Sydney in 2001 and taking on a marketing assistant role in the liquor industry.

Danielle spent four years with Metcash Trading working with brands such as cellarbrations and IGA Liquor, and when the time came for change Danielle wanted a role that would encompass her passion for both food and beverages. Danielle moved into the product development space for the Woolworths private label brand Select, where for five years she focused on development across most grocery categories — giving her the opportunity to develop products with small and large manufacturers from all corners of the globe and equipping her with a thorough appreciation for the food and beverage industry from both a manufacturing and retail perspective.
