Alex Mann is a Sydney-based broadcast journalist with the ABC's flagship investigative radio documentary program Background Briefing. His reporting has taken him across the country from the APY Lands in northern South Australia, to Dalby in south-east Queensland.

Sheila Ngoc Pham is a writer, editor and producer. She has held digital and editorial roles at the ABC, and made programs and features for ABC RN programs such as Earshot, The Philosopher's Zone, Ockham's Razor, Blueprint for Living and Into the Music.

Stephanie Van Schilt is host and producer of Sisteria, a podcast about women’s experiences as creators and consumers of arts and culture. Stephanie’s writing has featured in various local and international publications including: the Guardian, The Australian, ELLE.com, The Lifted Brow, Frankie, VICE and The Saturday Paper.

Adam Shand is the Crime Editor for PodcastOne Australia where he produces The Trials of the Vampire, UnderState: Lucille Butterworth and the acclaimed Adam Shand at Large series.

Alex Mitchell is a Producer for PodcastOne Australia. A graduate of AFTRS, he had a multi award-winning career in commercial radio, before taking his love of audio entertainment and technology to the on-demand audio space.

Allison Chan is the Executive Producer of All The Best, a narrative documentary podcast and radio program based at FBi Radio. Her audio documentaries have featured on ABC RN’s Encounter, Earshot, Life Matters and RN Breakfast programs.

Angela Moran is a freelancer living in Melbourne, Australia. She is a regular contributor to FBi Radio’s All The Best program where she’s made stories about dodgy jobs and the strange relationships humans can have with animals.

Avery Trufelman has been making stories about design at 99% Invisible for the past five years. She’s covered everything from garbage trucks in Taipei to swimming pools in Helsinki. In 2018, she made Articles of Interest, a show about clothing and culture.

Bec Fary meditates on sleep, circadian rhythms and the subconscious through their audio project SleepTalker, which originated as an independent podcast and is now a late-night experimental live broadcast on Triple R. Bec’s production credits include award-winning podcasts, local and international radio shows, museum installations, events and audio tours.

Tamson Pietsch is Director of the Australian Centre for Public History at UTS and Senior Lecturer in Social and Political Science. She is the host and founder of the History Lab podcast, a collaboration between UTS and 2SER.

Becky Sui Zhen explores themes of memory, identity and the human relationship to technology within her music project Sui Zhen. Over the years her eclectic taste and distinct conceptual interests have led audiences into surreal & uncanny terrains.

Belinda Lopez is an audio documentary maker and writer. She was a co-founder of ABC’s This is About, along with Jesse Cox and Sophie Townsend, and a producer on the award-winning human rights documentary radio program The State We’re In, broadcast internationally.

Boe Spearim is a Kooma and Gamilaraay Murri (man) who was born off his country in Blacktown west of Sydney. He is a member of Warriors of The Aboriginal Resistance and host of Let's Talk on 989fm, an Aboriginal radio station in Brisbane.

Brianna Kell is an independent dance artist based in Sydney. Kell has created works 'Fly by Night' in collaboration with Mike Williams, ‘Observation’, ‘Flow’, ‘The Void’, and ‘Heaven Metal’. Brianna has performed with companies The Farm, Co3, Tasdance, Limosani Projekts, DirtyFeet, and Murmuration. A graduate from The VCA in Melbourne.

Chris Magilton is the creator, producer and sound designer of Among the Stars and Bones, a sci-fi audio fiction podcast about a team of xenoarchaeologists excavating alien artefacts on a far-off planet.

Chris Mottes is CEO & Partner at Hindenburg Systems. He has 30 years of experience in media production, entrepreneurship, management and business development. Chris has worked as a producer, sound technician and editor on countless radio, TV, film and games productions since 1990.

Christina Choi is a senior producer on Spotify's Creative Development team in New York City. She's part of the planning committee of Spotify's Sound Up podcast program - an immersive accelerator for new and aspiring podcasters focused on underrepresented voices.

Claudia Taranto has been leading audio storytelling teams, mentoring producers and writers, and creating radio documentaries at the ABC for more than 30 years. She was the Executive Producer of RN's Earshot, Pocketdocs, 360documentaries and Street Stories. Her work has received local and international awards, including a Walkley.

Darcy Thomson is the Content Co-Ordinator and an Audio Producer for PodcastOne Australia. He’s based in Melbourne and started out making commercials in radio before making the move to podcasting. He loves being able to build a soundscape over several minutes as opposed to 30 seconds

Fyona Smith is Head of Radio at The Australian Film, Television and Radio School (AFTRS), responsible for the development and delivery of AFTRS Radio and Podcasting courses. She is EP of AFTRS Audio Boom channel, showcasing student work and industry research, and holds a Graduate Certificate in Tertiary Teaching.

Ian Chillag is the creator and host of Radiotopia's Everything is Alive. He's been a producer for NPR’s Wait, Wait...Don’t Tell Me and Fresh Air with Terry Gross, and he co-created and hosted the NPR podcast How To Do Everything.

Georgia Moodie is a reporter and producer at ABC Radio National, where she makes long-form stories for RN’s documentary programs, Earshot and The History Listen.

Glen Morrow is a regular broadcaster and audio producer at both PBS and RRR in Melbourne. He hosts and produces the Stories of You podcast and does regular voice-over and audio production freelance work. He won a radioinfo.com.au award for radio production at RMIT.

Helen Zaltzman is a British podcast host and producer. In 2007 she started the comedy show Answer Me This in her living room in suburban London. In 2015 she began the linguistics podcast The Allusionist for the prestigious Radiotopia collective; it was named Apple Podcasts' best new show of 2015.

Heli Newton is the Pathways Manager for the Community Media Training Organisation (CMTO). His work involves liaising with community radio stations on their training needs.

Jennifer Goggin is the Content Director of PodcastOne Australia. Formerly a BBC radio producer, Jen has produced live radio programming, outside broadcasts, history series and radio documentaries which have been broadcast across BBC, ABC and RTÉ (Ireland’s National Broadcaster).

Jonathan Zenti is Head of Content at Voxnest and host and producer of the podcast Meat. He has been finalist at Prix Italia and Prix Europa and he won the GanBéarla Award at the Hearsay International audio Festival in 2015.

Joseph Michael’s work embodies a magical balance between fine artistry and forward-thinking technical knowledge. Michael’s current project is an encompassing international installation which celebrates the profound, untouched beauty of Antarctica. Voice of the Iceberg podcast tells the story of Michael’s expedition to Antarctica.

Lindsey Green is the creator and host of People Movers: a podcast highlighting the impact of escalators on everyday life. By day she is Content Manager at SYN, a Melbourne community media organisation committed to providing broadcast and leadership opportunities to young people aged 12–25.

Lorena Allam is the Indigenous affairs editor at Guardian Australia, and the 2018 Walkley award winner for innovation in journalism. For more than 30 years she has worked as a broadcaster, presenter, producer and manager at the ABC, the BBC and in a range of public policy roles.

Mark Pesce hosts both the award-winning The Next Billion Seconds with PodcastOne Australia, and This Week in Startups Australia podcast. He invented the technology for 3D on the Web, has written six books, and was a panelist on the ABC's The New Inventors for seven years.

Mike Williams is a Documentary Producer at ABC RN. He was Project Producer at triple j, and also helped launch The Real Thing podcast, Double J, The J Files, Long Story Short and RN Drive.

Natalie Tulloch is the US content lead for Culture & Talk at Spotify and oversees the creative development of original audio content for this vertical. She also leads the charge for Spotify's Sound Up podcast program - an immersive accelerator for new and aspiring podcasters focused on underrepresented voices.

Nikesh Murali is the host of India’s most popular horror and crime podcast for adults – Indian Noir. He is a Commonwealth Short Story Prize and DWL Story Prize-winning writer and an internationally acclaimed spoken poetry artist.

Osman Faruqi is the Deputy Editor of ABC Life and a regular presenter on ABC’s arts and culture program, The Mix. He was a founding member of Media Diversity Australia and was formerly the News and Politics Editor at Junkee Media.

Rowdie Walden is a producer and presenter and Gamillaroi man from Narromine, NSW. He has presented series for ABC and iview, most recently Rowdie’s Chemical Romance which saw him (attempt to) use science to find love.

Sam Haren is a Director and owner of Sandpit. He has worked as Creative Director on numerous projects for clients including Google Creative Labs, Penguin Books, BeyondBlue, Centre of Democracy, Melbourne Zoo and Australian Children’s Television Foundation.

Shantel Wetherall is producer and presenter of Hey Aunty! A podcast that shares fireside chats with black women, fems and non-binary siblings who’ve been there. Travis De Vries is the producer and co-host of the Broriginals podcast and was the producer for Deadly Voices from the House at the Sydney Opera House. Travis is also a contemporary artist, writer and producer. He is a descendant of the Gamilaroi people of mid NSW.

Vanessa Fuchs is a Science Communicator at the Royal Botanic Garden Sydney. She brings plant science to life by hosting and producing their podcast: Branch Out. Vanessa’s always loved audio-storytelling, the environment and creating content that makes a difference.

Martin Austwick is a podcaster, musician and singer-songwriter. His podcast about every Tom Waits song is called Song by Song. Martin has performed live music for The Allusionist, 99% Invisible, Radiotopia Live and the Third Coast International Audio Awards, and contributed music for a number of podcasts.

Nicole Hutton is a young descendent from the Garawa people. She has a passion for working with First Nations people who are sharing stories about protecting country. In her podcast Lead Astray she talks to people on the frontlines of climate change and mining.

Olivia Rosenman is an audio producer and journalist. She works with Google’s Creative Lab on projects exploring storytelling, sound and technology. She is a producer with the investigative history podcast History Lab, and is one half of The Expressionists.

Steve Bunbadgee Hodder Watt has always loved working with audio – as a spoken word hip-hop artist and at CAAMA. As a Spotify Sound Up Bootcamp finalist, he began working on podcast ‘Culture Been Go’.
