Gaze out on Martin Place as you travel the globe and across history with a spectacular meal from Nouri's Ivan Brehm and AALIA's Paul Farag. United for two dinners only, this exclusive menu will bring together the melting pot of Ivan’s culinary knowledge and Paul’s passion for the lesser known flavours of the Middle East. All served in the plush setting of 25 Martin Place, with its stunning floor to ceiling glass windows and welcoming wooden curves.
As the chef-owner of Nouri, the beloved Michelin-starred Singapore restaurant, Ivan is a true master of global gastronomy. Born in Brazil, he has worked in the kitchens of Per Se in New York, Mugaritz in Spain’s Basque County, Hibiscus in London and spent four years at Heston Blumenthal’s The Fat Duck before arriving to Singapore in 2013 to head restaurant Bacchanalia.
Combined with Paul’s ambition to showcase the hidden culinary traditions of Turkey, Lebanon and beyond, this will be a truly special opportunity to sample global fusion at its elegant peak.
