VENUE 505

Venue 505 has a grass roots feel with the local artist community at it’s core.

Originating in a rooftop warehouse in central Sydney, Australia through the shared passions of a musician and an actor. Frustrated with commercial venues and safe programming, Cameron Undy and Kerri Glasscock have grown out of the underground scene their now world renowned space ‘Venue 505’ (and ‘Old 505 Theatre’). Artist run and performance focused being the underlying feature.

Listed in Down Beat magazine as one of the ‘Top Jazz Clubs in the World’ for 5 years running and winner of Time Out Sydney ‘Legends of 2017’ Bar Awards the space has made it’s mark locally and globally for great music, atmosphere and bar savvy appeal.
