An online phenomenon from Perth with millions of plays, countless mixtapes, high profile remixes and the sumptuous Songs To Break Up To & Songs to Make Up To EPs, the 'genre-killer' Ta-ku makes his live solo Australian debut in a one-off performance at Vivid LIVE – staging a specially-crafted show featuring Wafia, a string quartet and kaleidoscopic visuals.

A studio-born producer who rarely takes the stage, Regan 'Ta-ku' Mathews has crept into the international conversation with an intricate take on lush soul and dusty hip-hop. Drawing increasing demand each year to perform at the biggest festivals around the world, the 28-year-old has skirted traditional trajectories in a creative arc that entails video direction, multimedia development, photography, and even his own barbershop.

Recently making his world headline debut at New York's prestigious PS1, one of Future Classic's most elusive yet popular artists will realises an all-new live show for Vivid LIVE – a watershed moment in a career full of surprises.
